Plain Terms, Real Numbers.

VectorizerKit converts raster images into vector files. The conversion runs in your browser. AI Cleanup is an optional paid step that sends your image to a third-party model and returns a cleaned version.

You need an account to download. Keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has them. One account is for one person or one business — sharing an account to multiply an allowance is not permitted.

A download credit unlocks one source image, permanently. Once an image is unlocked you can re-trace it at any settings and export it in every format we support without spending another credit. An AI-cleaned version of an image you have already unlocked inherits that unlock rather than costing a second credit.

An AI credit pays for one AI Cleanup attempt. A retry after a failure on our side does not cost an extra credit.

The Pro plan is described as unlimited downloads, and for any normal use it is. There is a ceiling, and this is where we state it plainly: 2,000 image unlocks per calendar month. It exists to stop automated bulk extraction, not to catch designers doing their work — a person clicking Download cannot realistically reach it.

If an account passes it we will contact you before doing anything about it.

You keep every right you had in the images you upload, and you own the vector files you produce — including from AI Cleanup. We claim no licence over your images or your output, and we do not use them to train anything.

You are responsible for having the right to use the images you upload.

Do not upload content you have no right to, or content that is illegal. Do not attempt to bypass paid features, resell access to the service, or run automated bulk conversion against it.

We do not promise a specific level of uptime. Because tracing runs in your browser, most of the product keeps working even when our servers do not — but AI Cleanup, sign-in and purchases need them. We may change or withdraw features, and we will not remove a feature you have already paid credits for without honouring those credits.

Payments are handled by Stripe as merchant of record. Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account — cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the period you have paid for intact.

Once any credit from a purchase has been used, that purchase is not refundable. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; we do not refund part of a period you have already started. None of this limits a refund your local consumer law entitles you to.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and disputes go to the courts of Ontario. VectorizerKit is operated by ThinkPurple.
